1. What types of cakes do you offer?

All of our cakes are freshly baked and made with high-quality ingredients to ensure exceptional flavor and creativity. We also specialize in custom cakes tailored to your specific needs for birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions.

 

2. How far in advance should I place my order?

 

For standard cakes, you can place your order as little as 3 hours in advance. However, you don’t always need to pre-order—many of our cakes are available in stock at our front store. You can also check availability online to see what’s ready for pickup or delivery right away. For custom-designed cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 7-10 days in advance to ensure we have enough time to create the perfect design for your celebration.

 

3. Do you offer custom cake designs?

4. Do you offer delivery?

 

Yes, we offer delivery services to ensure your cakes arrive fresh and on time. Delivery options and fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

5. Can I pick up my order from your store?

 

Absolutely! You can choose the “Pickup” option at checkout and collect your order from our bakery at your convenience. You’re also welcome to visit our store without placing an order, but we recommend ordering in advance to ensure you get exactly what you want.

 

6. Are your cakes suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

 

We offer options for certain dietary preferences, such as eggless or nut-free cakes. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

7. Do you sell anything besides cakes?

 

Yes! In addition to our delicious cakes, we also offer a variety of other treats, including cheesecakes, tiramisu, panna cotta, and gift boxes filled with sweet delights. We also have freshly baked puff pastries available in stock, a wide selection of premium coffee made with Nespresso, and candles to complement your celebrations. 8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

 

Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery for standard items. For custom cakes, cancellations or changes must be made at least 5 days in advance. Please contact us directly for assistance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

9. Do you provide gift cards?

 

Yes, we offer Cake N’ Bake gift cards, perfect for gifting your loved ones the sweet experience of choosing their favorite cakes and desserts.
